Tool Making

About Tool Making

Accurate, high quality toolmaking is key to ensuring manufacturers are able to maintain modern day production demands.

Tool making basically means making a piece of equipment used to produce products. A high level of precision is vital for tool making, this is to ensure that parts can be made perfectly many times over.

Employing CAD/CAM/CAE, the facilities Isaac Butterworth is partnered with can produce a wide range of tools, including press tools, jigs and fixtures for a range of materials, die cast tools and injection moulds.

Isaac Butterworth also offer tooling solutions at cost effective prices - technical proposals for tooling are submitted to the customer for review prior to any metal being cut.
